Rules & Regulations

At TRS Global Public School, our rules and regulations are designed to create a safe, respectful, and focused learning environment for every child. We believe that when students, parents, and staff uphold shared standards of discipline, students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The following guidelines are to be strictly adhered to by all students and parents. Violation of any rule may lead to warnings, fines, suspension, dismissal, or compulsory Transfer Certificate — based on the severity of the misconduct. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding.

  • 📌 Attendance & Leave Policies
    • Leave for one day requires prior permission from the class teacher or office.
    • Leave for more than one day requires Principal’s approval.
    • Leave taken without intimation will attract a fine of ₹100.
    • Medical leave beyond two days must be supported by a doctor’s certificate.
    • Attendance is compulsory on special occasions like Independence Day, Sports Day, etc.
    • A student must maintain at least 85% attendance to be eligible for promotion.
  • 📘 Academic & Diary Guidelines
    • Students must bring their school diary daily and note all homework and communication.
    • Parents must check the diary daily and ensure completion of homework.
    • All required books and notebooks must be brought as per the timetable.
    • Pencils should be sharpened, and ink filled before class begins—only near waste bins.
  • 🧹 Cleanliness & Decorum
    • Classrooms and corridors must be kept clean—waste goes in bins only.
    • No scribbling, writing, or ink splashing on walls or furniture.
    • Only English must be spoken on campus, except during language classes.
    • Dignified conduct is expected at all times. Bullying, teasing, or abuse (verbal/physical) is strictly prohibited.
  • 📵 Prohibited Items

    Students are not allowed to bring:

    • Mobile phones
    • Smartwatches
    • Cameras / iPods / CDs
    • Toys or any electronic devices

    Gold or silver ornaments (earrings, bangles, chains) are strictly prohibited.

  • 🏥 Medical & Emergency
    If the child is under medical treatment requiring regular medicine, a copy of the prescription must be attached in the diary and informed to the class teacher.
  • 📞 Communication & Contact Info
    • Any change in address or phone number must be informed to the school office immediately.
    • If a child is picked up by someone other than the parent, a written authorization must be submitted.
  • 🚍 Transport Rules
    • Misbehavior in school buses such as throwing objects, using foul language, damaging seats, etc., will result in loss of transport privileges.
    • A fine of ₹1000 will be levied if a student is found riding a motorcycle in uniform without a valid license.
By abiding by these rules, students learn discipline, responsibility, and respect for others, which are essential for their growth as responsible citizens.
