Admission Procedure

Our admission process is transparent, inclusive, and child-friendly, ensuring a smooth transition for new students and parents.

Step-1 (Campus Visit & Interaction)

Parents and guardians are encouraged to visit the school campus and attend a one-on-one interaction with the Principal. This step helps understand the child’s interests, learning needs, and allows families to get familiar with our educational ethos.


Step-2 (Skill Assessment)

Every applicant will undergo a Skill Assessment appropriate to their grade level. This is not an entrance exam, but a simple evaluation designed to understand:

  • Core academic competencies
  • Social and motor skills (for lower grades)
  • Communication skills
  • Cognitive thinking and general awareness

Step-3 (Eligibility Review)

The school will review:

  • Results from the Skill Assessment
  • Age eligibility for the applied grade (as per CBSE norms)

Step-4 (Admission Offer & Fee Payment)

Selected candidates will receive a formal Admission Offer Letter. Parents are required to:

  • Confirm the seat by paying the first term fee within the given time
  • Attend an orientation session (optional but recommended)

Step-5 (Document Submission)

Parents must submit the following documents at the time of admission:

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Aadhar Card (Student – photocopy)
  • Previous Class Report Card
  • 4 Passport-size Photos of the Student
  • Original Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • 2 Passport-size Photos of Each Parent
