“Safe Travel. Happy Journeys. Secure Learning.”

At TRS Global Public School, we understand that safe and reliable transportation is essential for a child’s seamless school experience. Our transport system is designed to ensure that students commute comfortably and securely, allowing parents to have complete peace of mind. We operate a well-monitored, school-managed transport service with a fleet of buses that connect various neighborhoods within a 20 km radius of the school.

Transport Highlights :

Available for students up to Class XII

  Operates on a First-Come, First-Served basis

Supervised by trained staff to ensure discipline and safety

Transport In-charge available for coordination and queries

Real-time updates and communication in case of delays

Key Transport Guidelines :

To maintain the highest standards of safety and discipline, the following rules are strictly followed:

Punctuality is essential – Buses will not wait for latecomers.

An authorized person must be present to receive Kindergarten and Pre-Primary students during both pick-up and drop-off.

Chasing the school bus is strictly discouraged. Parents are advised to be ready at their designated stops.

No direct instructions must be given to drivers, conductors, or transport staff by parents.

Change in stop (permanent only) must be communicated in writing to the class teacher or school office.

Temporary stop changes are not allowed for safety reasons.

Students from Pre-KG to Class III must wear their school ID card with bus number and stop clearly marked from Day 1.

For senior students, any bus route change must be submitted in writing to the Transport Manager.

Misconduct or damage to the bus (such as tearing seat covers or bullying) can result in the revocation of transport privileges.
